Overview

HI was part of an internal venture project at KT. The service was designed to support people with emotional and practical needs before and after passing away, and to help family members who are left behind create memorials.

My responsibility was product design. The case study will focus on how a sensitive end-of-life service can organize preparation, remembrance, practical support, and family-facing memorial creation into one experience.
